ByLine magazine  By-Line is a monthly magazine for writers and a paying market for freelance work. With guidelines for writers, lists of ongoing contests with cash prizes and a sample column from the magazine.

European Federation of Freelance Writers  The EFFW is a an international organisation which provides its members with no-cost liability and accident insurance, an ID Card, expert advice in those areas of tax, finance and legal matters that affect writers and a members' area. New members welcome.

eWork Exchange wants you to register as a member, set up a skills profile with your resume and look at the jobs listed. There are many creative and publishing jobs in the database.

Fantasy & Science Fiction Magazine We have no formula for fiction. We are looking for stories that will appeal to science fiction and fantasy readers. The SF element may be slight, but it should be present. We prefer character-oriented stories. We receive a lot of fantasy fiction, but never enough science fiction or humor.

iSyndicate The Internet Content Marketplace. Writers can sign up and have their content featured in the catalogue. If a site selects your content you are paid through iSyndicate.

JustMarkets  offers a free bi-weekly email with market information plus archives, as well as a daily email with as many telecommute paying freelance jobs as can be found, searching over 200 sites
